Okay morde looks cool and all

The rework looks cool but gonna be the one say that his W and passive are going to be obnoxious and require obscene amounts of tweaking. The passive having built in phase rush plus damage seems excessive especially since morde has access to crowd control now and the shield my god drain tanking champs like have proven to be a undertaking for riot to balance so i dont hold out hope that this will go smoothly.
