ADCs getting mega-buffed. Assassins and burst mages>ADCs. Riot already stated an Assassin rework is coming.

Assassins and burst mages>ADCs.

Assassins are actually pretty weak on the PBE. Armor pen on squishies has gone drastically down with the new LW and variants along with the flat AD most assassins require is also going down across the board on most items along with price increases.

That was a general statement. The counter to squishy ADCs is burst damage, assassins and burst mages give that. If the PBE as is goes live nothing will be able to stop ADCs. A good Talon or Zed, maybe Yasuo too, could do it, but it certainly won't be easy.

There's also the fact that Phantom Dancer now provides a 12% damage reduction from your target, and Death's Dance turns 20% of the damage you would've taken into bleed. Looks like they added stuff to ADC items instead of nerfing assassins.
