Winning 10 or so games on a champion should give a chance for a chest drop.

Once I got a chest on a champion, I still want to play them. Sure keys are great, but if there are no chests to open, then what use are they? I propose that every 10 or so wins on a champion whom you already got a chest form, will give you a chance at getting another chest. I cant be expected to become a S tier player on every single champion because I and many others do not have every champion unlocked. This way at least I can play my mains while also having a slight, slight chance to still get a chest.

I can see what you're saying here, as I tend to stick to who I know (And as a result, have gotten the mastery chests for them). So I agree that such an idea could prove interesting, but it could also make things very stale in terms of diversity. Get good with one champ, and a player could demand to play NOTHING but said champ, thus undermining the idea that LOL is a team-based game where everyone needs to be congenial and willing to sometimes do things they may not necessarily want to. So, I don't disagree with what you're saying, but there would have to be some limitations to it, just like the 1-chest-per-S-Rank system we have now.

yeah maybe like 1 chest per 10 wins, but not consecutively. You need to get one on another champion before you can go back.
