I mean, they are basically the inverse of each other right?
Only...Sorakas heal gets a 50% boost on allies under 40% hp....and its not a percentage of the heal, the way Karthus damage is a percentage based on the enemies magic resist.
Based on how much each ult can swing the fight one way or the other, I am going to say Soraka's ult is WAY more powerful....so either its TOO powerful or Karthus's is too weak.
Which is it?
L Psy Kongroo3 votesDamaging enemies is more valuable than healing allies, especially late game where Karthus's ult can easily deal over 1K damage to everyone. Soraka ult is instant, and that's about the only thing it has over Karthus's ult.
Hotarµ2 votesSoraka also has the added bonus of her ultimate being instantaneous, she doesn't have the 3 second channel that Karthus does. Though, with that being considered, I'd still say Karthus' ultimate is more powerful if used correctly in an average scenario.
