Unfair LP Gain/Loss Ratios?

Hello, just wondering if this is normal or anyone else experiencing similar probs. I'm getting like around 20 lp per ranked win and losing about that much (17-19) for every loss. I heard having a good mmr helps, but in my opinion my mmr seems pretty good. Is climbing supposed to be this rough? I used to get 25 lp per win and around 14 per loss. I checked op.gg and my mmr is 1,611 out of 1,540 for my league. Plus, I don't think my kdas are terrible. Maybe I'm wrong, could someone explain?

that one time i got promoted to bronze4 i was winning 13lp and losing 23.
