Could any Swain main explain to me what makes the New Swain a "General tactician"?

I just don't simply see it. He looks different, but kinda the same.

well what would u think a general would be like in IRL. Id expect him to seem like he had an in eye on the entire battlefield [w] that when ever he finally joined the battle id think he would turn the tide of battle and make the enemy retreat [R] all while lashing out at anyone that got to close [Q] and showing them just how powerless there are by comparison [E]

Then just add "Scavenger" Bird [passive] Theme to everything and your all set. The second part of his passive i cant really explain away, probs just to help give him more of an impact in battle and strengthen his you are powerless against me vibe hes got going on

W vision and passive pull on ccd targets. Not too much tho

W vision, the aoe slow sets up movement mistakes and decently combines with other forms of cc pulls on CCd targets allow your team to easily make picks

CC is tactician-like attribute imo too

Tactician or not, he doesn't feel like Swain, he feels like Vlad. They might be from the same vain of champion type, but now their attacks are basically the same fucking thing :/

He was moved from a behind-the-curtain tactician to a fearsome general of the front line. This was one of the first things riot told us.

Passive can use the cc of allies to displace enemies towards him.

W grants vision.

The way Never Move roots people is a bit less "obvious".

Not really a Swain main, but that's what I'm getting from it all.

He’s more a Warlock now.
