's main problem in normals is his mana and early game cooldowns which in urf he doesnt have to deal with and is like a machine gun that zones for dayyys

URF gives a massive boost to mana regen. So we just never see it being used.
After a really really long time it will turn off because it will drain the full mana bar.
This would probably take weeks since max mana is in the hundreds of thousands though. Last year if you sat in ult for I think 40min or so it would turn off when they didn't make everything "tons".

Although, I've gotta give credit. My Volibear and Hecarim did a good job of shutting him down. I just wish I could have contributed. He'd just kind of whizz over my ult and kill me.

A dash that's on a 3 sec cool down, a decoy that is on a 3 second cool down, plus that fact there are no mana costs make him really good if you know how to play him

once you get level 3 you can dash 3 soldiers all over the place every second or so. Like, I didnt even try to walk anymore, just soldier dash.
lichbane and RoA make you a huge damage threat and your combo contains a lot of CC, if you bodyslam someone late game you can slam them again in one second.
you can completely proc your passive from max Q range and deal good damage from just building hp and resists.
i havent tried her AD yet in URF but her AP with lichbane is crazy, half hp people in one lichbane Q

It's too bad we were in their base at 14 minutes. I was looking forward to that easy solo baron with my 300 AP.

AtkSpd has also been quite the nightmare (unless you have some pretty awesome escape mechanics, you are not getting away). is almost untargetable when late game hits . becomes a cannon ball of death (not really any different than usual, just more annoying).

Double-dash every 4 seconds from "Lunge" (puts Ahri to shame) Constant Atk Speed and Mvmt Speed from "Burst of Speed" (3 second length, 3 second cooldown) Parry every 4 seconds from "Riposte" (Can you say "better than Pantheon"?) Blade Waltz every 15 seconds. 'Nuff said.
Oh and by the way, if you build her correctly, she has over 700 attack damage. Per Strike....over 2 strikes per second.....that's just basic attacks.
