Jungling PSA
If you don't actually know what it means to be a jungler, please stop going jungler in ranked games. A competent jungle has to have good map awareness, know when and where to ward and be aware of all 3 lanes as well as knowing how to path their camps to lead into ganks. That alone is only a fraction of it. Know how to apply pressure to make the other lanes paranoid. You don't have to get a kill because you ganked. Sometimes a simple, "Hey, I just cleared this jungle and killed scuttlecrab, I'll pop up and let my presence be known in lane before I recall," is sufficient. Just enough to make the enemy backup for 10 seconds so your laner can get few uncontested CS or making the enemy jungler second guess their route and objectives. Which reminds me, counter jungling/ganking is also a thing to take note of. Cloud drake up and the enemy jungler is ganking top, go top and join the fight. Mountain drake is up and enemy jungler is ganking top, go gank bottom lane and take mountain drake. You have a ward in enemy jungle and just saw them recall, you know you can attack mid without consequence now.
At the very least, if you completely fail at being a jungler but you like the role, then pick up a champ like
so you can still make a difference when things go south.
And I don't even want to think about you, "I can't gank until level 6," junglers. If you have red buff and you're level 2, auto attacking alone is more than enough. Top/mid has to recall, you can tax lane a little for compensation, your laner now has a level advantage.
