Very concerned about Celerity next season

13% stronger MS effects seems like it will be extremely abusive on champs with strong MS steroids. Volibear, Udyr, Hecarim, Garen, etc. Who are either teetering on viability or plenty strong already - 3 of which are champions I play. I'm not too upset about Volibear getting close to 30 bonus MS on his Q but I think this will be a little much - and it's not the way I want him to be a strong pick again.

Please have a little more foresight. The last thing I need is another round of champions I enjoy being too strong at the wrong things.

This is perfect for the melee users who complain that their champs just get kited too much though.

that's precisely the reason this is going to be an issue lol

I guess but at the same time, I'm tired of hearing the mains of these champs whine that ADCs and Mages are OP by virtue of being ranged. ._.

I think they want to try to help some champions to not be tight domination tree using predator WHILE nerfing the damage induced by predator + celerity. I get why they do this and I find it pretty decent.

Hey, it's better than just more damage.

Although, it could probably be reduced down to 10%. 13% is a bit too much.
