This champion is bottom tier at the moment and a niche pick against certain compositions where better choices are available.

I think that one way to help him is to increase his base MS by 5 or 10, especially since one of his skills already slow him tremendously and the fact his base MS is 335 at the moment.

Yeah rammus is left under the shadow for some time. I think a good ap ratio buff would be good for him. Or like what some others said, a revert
