When you dont want a champ on your team or on the other, something needs to be done.

That is called bad design, champs like are frustrating to play with (pyke is basically not a support, akali sucks at actually winning games/helping her team) and of course they are beyond cancer to play against too, they are annoying to everyone except for the respective champion player.

Those and a few others need full kit reworks, and until then they should be nerfed into unviable status, stop endorsing bad design and unfun champions riot.

pyke i do agree on but not so much akali as she has a very high skill cap. meaning a good akali will stomp and a new akali will get stomped its that simple.

Idk about that man. I just recently started playing akali and this champion is so easy. The only real mechanic to figure out is shroud juggling. And that took me all of 2 attempts.

..... explain the lowest win rates but in high elo d2+ her win rate is god like? because when someone who can exploit her full potential she seems like a broken champion who can go in and out of team fights being un-targetable. its the same thing as kat most people cannot play her correctly but when she is played correctly it takes seconds for someone to call it op. high skill capped champs are actually good for this game allowing the player to excel and have alot of outplay potential something akali has a shit ton of, but not used correctly most of the time :)
