GaleWinUnleashed1 votesThen rig the race in your favor. Start a custom game, mouse over Ivern, memorize that exact spot on the screen, leave the lobby, start a regular game, hit accept, and spam-click that spot as the lobby starts. Excellent chance you'll get the champion you want.

And that's different from Draft Pick how?
In Draft Pick, you've got bans that can remove the champion, and you've got the pick order, and you've got players on the other team that can take away the champion. You're racing your own team and the enemy team, but it's slowed down by Riot.
In Blind Pick, the only thing that can take away your champion is the "pick order".
You're more than 2 times as likely to get the champion in Blind Pick as Draft Pick, all things being equal.
