Does anybody else think that Heimerdinger is OP. There is basically no way to get to him without his turrets raping you. He farms waves so easily and levels up way to fast. And even after you kill him, his turrets keep on shooting at you, eventually killing you. Heimerdinger needs to be nerfed. 
play kat, level up ur q, get ap crit item, rape his towers, gg.
I've wrecked a Heimerdinger as Sona mid, so i'm pretty darn sure anyone can beat him. Just keep moving around, bait the turret beams out of the way and strike while they're recharging. Soon enough he'll be under his own turret and powerless.
What I would like to happen with Heimer's turrets is for them to instantly become inactive when you kill him. Too many times have I been killed by the turrets after killing him. Of course the best way to deal with him is to fight him away from his turrets.
