It would make him much more consitent (and while its coooldown wouldn't directly be reduced) allow him to compete with the new generation of low CD high utility champs.

EDIT: With "stack" I mean an ammo-type mechnic like Corki's rockets.

I think making his auto proc a stack in a different manner (or just reduce how many it takes to get the proc) would be a more balanced alternative. 2 stacks just with Q would make the stun far too reliable imo.

I'd rather it be modified to be AoE in someway. I don't see why a singlle single target ability was put on Kennen's kit with how he plays out.

However, if that isn't an option, this would be a decent one. I feel like it would make it too easy with his W being really easy to hit though.

If you mean having an ammo type system with the Q, I personally think that would be awesome.

Oh, well in that case thats a pretty awesome idea. In the future I would be more clear since Kennen's passive is also commonly referred to as stacks since Marks of the Storm is a long name and Marks is just not used for some reason.

I would love this for Kennen although the damage would probably be nerfed slightly to compensate. It would still be an overall damage increase if they both hit unless they gut the damage with this change.
