Why Do People Think Going 14-12 Is Carrying?
Like seriously. I mean looks to me like you just gave the enemy team a lot more gold than the 2-7 person. So who are you carrying?

Its not carrying. They are fucking stupid and putting their team at a disadvantage. Its gold and lower little brain thought process.
Just remember to always blame the immobile ADC for feeding after the midlaner gave their opponent a jumpstart and the entire enemy team dives bot 247.
You're looking at it very simplistically. What was gained form each of those deaths? If it was just their personal kills then they are not carrying. But if each one gained your team more kills, plus a tower or dragon then ti is carrying. I went 3/7/12 on Ziggs the other day and yes, I did carry. I didn't get a lot of kills but I took 9 towers and secured a dragon, plus kept the Eve off my adc.
Objectives > glory.
what's the context of the game? if that's a solo melee because allied team went all ranged, then that is a carry. likewise if allied team were simply too scared to ever make a macro play while some solo had to permanently 1vX then yeah, that's probably a carry. how many assists did that person have? 14/12/? that assists number should be very high if ya'll want to represent yourselves here, ergo you should have lots of kills off of that persons honor to use their health bar as a resource. i mean where is allied team to fill out the assists, that person must have handed you so many layups that you missed. i would be frustrated myself tbfh. look at the backbreaking shit i am pulling out to try and win this game while ya'll be watching from the side lines too scared to even push waves, they gotta come to you innit. how disgusting that you now post about it here, 2/7, like this motherfucker is affecting the game in any meaningful way, too scared to play, you should ff today.
Depends on champs, if its some extremely snowball heavy champ like Kata, then she is carrying.
I mean, if it's 14/12/35 in a 50 minute game.
It's a very respectable score.
And if the support nautilus only got 2/7/12 in the same game then the support was hard trolling.
One thing I hate more than carries dying to get a kill, is supports/tanks/engagers not sacrificing so their team can insta win a teamfight.
KDA means NOTHING you can be 15/0/20 and have played terribly that game. and you can be 0/15/40 and have carried hard that game.
IF someone is playing proxy singed for example and constantly drawing 3-4 people top to handle him then he will sure die a lot but he actually carries the fucking game because the rest of the map is 2v4 or 1v4 so often and his team should be taking EVERY objective, have a fuckton of freedom to ward and steal enemy JG and be ahead a ton of towers.
Because people are stupid. This game is 90% Dunning-Kruger effect and 10% running it down mid.
Split pushers can carry a game with that kind of score. There was the 0 kill sion strategy last season that just focused on towers.
