Dragon HP need to be reverted

They are so easy to kill right now that everyone and his grandmother can do them solo at lvl 4.

That results in an hardcore botlane focus from junglers because you cant leave drake alone for a SECOND. Combine that with importance of drakes since last patch and you have a game that completely takes place between mid- and botlane.

Top is an island more than ever.
