Because not only you can't do anything to help them now, Nasus will take as much towers as he feels like the moment his teammates go help him.

Seriously, fuck this champion. Riot is all about "interactive gameplay" and somehow they still allow this walking freezing contest to exist. Better yet - they buff him in a way that makes him even harder to punish in any way. ATM, better half of Nasus' strength comes from reducing any toplaners agency on the map close to 0 just by standing there.

And than there's Quasis build. Which is SOMEHOW even less interactive.

If you have a 100 cs advantage on nasus and cant figure out how to "punish" him before his team outplays you then you deserved to lose

The only reason you are 100 cs up on him is because he sucks early. In exchange he will destroy you later in the game. It is up to you to transition your advantage into a victory before he reaches that point.

Take it like this: You win lane vs him by default...you lose lategame against him by default.
