i hate it when riot pretends a champion is balanced

NO vayne isn't balanced No reverting her buff didn't balance her since the buff itself made the crit build popular and is still working even with +50% AD on her Q No 49% win rate isn't fine on vayne, just like how it isn't fine on lee sin

until then Medder , you can stop pretending that reverting a buff balances a champ because i remember kassadin being buffed after his rework then gutted into the ground as his buff was reverted+got other nerfs since people managed to learn him
