Programming bots to go on tilt?

I don't know how the bots are programmed, but I could imagine them having certain key control variables. For example, maybe there's a variable about how much their skillshot trajectories randomize. And maybe there's a variable that relates to how they weigh risk against reward, that plays into whether they'll (e.g.) try to tower-dive someone. If so, maybe "going on tilt" could be programmed in? That when bots are behind, or get killed, they build up "tilt", which increases their aggressiveness?

While I don't play bot matches much myself, I'm honestly kind of curious about this AI problem. And I think it'd be interesting if bots were programmed to "go on tilt" or otherwise exhibit pseudo-psychological reactions.

i think this is a great idea... if only anyone played bots at level 30

the only time i play bots is in a custom when i know i have to leave for somewhere soon

i admit this will be funny but not practical
