Tristana is the safest champion to blindpick in the entirety of the roster of the game

am sick of it. if I fucking play anything in any lane besides bot lane. am risking getting a bad matchup. what the fuck is a bad matchup for tristana? not just in lane. team comp wise. 95% of the skills in this damn game don't hit her when she has almost 700 aa range late game.

two much self peel. her dash is one of the longest in the game. you give her an ultiamte that can be used for Both bursting down people and peeling off any god damn engage that ever gets close to this aids of a champion.

I have two fucking choices in solo queue right now. Ban vayne and deal with tristana. or ban tristana and deal with vayne. one of them will kill me in 9 auto attacks maximum mid late game because why the fuck not right? true damage murica. the other is god damn near impossible to kill if she has any resembelance of a frontline

Well, the phrase "late-game carry" comes to mind, but I'm sure you've heard of that before. What's funny, is that if you don't like Trist now, she used to be worse (before her light "rework" if you can call it that), since she used to be even more powerful by the end, with an almost infinite uptime on her attack speed steroid.

Anyway, everything is situational, and not all situations are winnable in a solo format (and frankly not in a team format either, depending). The best thing to do is play to your strengths. I don't know what role you play, but I'm a jungler and Trist is the least of my worries (although I do ban Vayne from time-to-time when I'm salty). Generally, she's not amazing early-game, so I make sure to gank lanes, take objectives, you know, just normal League of Legends. If both ADCs are equal (yours and Trists) then it comes down to positions and team-play. If she's fed and you're getting stomped, avoid her and try to turtle. Chances are, you're focusing too much on Trist's strengths instead of boosting your own.

It may be true that she's good, maybe even better than the average ADC, but that's always been true of any character in League at certain points throughout its history. Just learn how to play the game at the core level (mechanics, waves, objectives etc.) and train yourself to improve overall. If Tristana is discovered to be too powerful, Riot will nerf her just like any other Champion, but the skill you've developed will remain the same.

Tristana is currently one of the most broken champions in League, don't try to hide that fact. She's far too safe, does far too much damage and scales well throughout all periods of the game.

She is good early game lmao, especially with Press the Attack due to her E in trades and the safety and aggression of her jump. She's good mid game because of crit. and her E (which is busted when taking towers) and she's good late game because of crit. and her passive. Oh, and let's not forget that she can "ignore" most CC abilities in the game by using her jump and she has more self peel on top of her in the form of her ult, which is ultimate "fuck you" to assassins, tanks, bruisers, engagers and pretty much anything that gets into a 500ish range of her.

She's been broken for ages now and it's amazing that she hasn't seen any direct nerfs. Same applies to Cho'gath, Maokai, Orianna and Lulu. Instead Riot is focusing on champs who are just niche in the preseason as opposed to the real issue champions in the meta who have been dominating for many patches now.
