A suggestion

Dumbest idea ever...that's a worse idea than Jungle Bard.

lets remove runes and masteries. lets nerf any item, champ that has a win % of 51 and buff any that have a win % less then 51% lets nerfs tanks, and adcs, and all damage in game and delete yasou , teemo, ekko, kled, and any champ that is some what hard to deal with. lets make the game where every one goes down mid with foam fingers and pillows and have a team fight for 50mins where no dies or feeds, and no one does any damage and at 50 mins the games just ends in a tie and every one gets lp points and move up in rank and earns S+ so every one can have mastery 7 on all champs.
