Can the other trees get a forth Keystone for season 10?
Precision has Conquerer. And Dominaiton has hail of blades. The other trees deserve 1 more keystone.

If tradition holds, they are going to completely revamp the rune system during preseason and ruin balance for all of season 10
every row in every tree should get one or two more runes.
the only way to fix this system of hypersynergistic runes with specific champions (instead of playstiles as originally promised), is to give every single champion a rune page that synergizes as well with his kit as, say klepto with gangplank or ezreal.
Here's a better idea: remove keystones
That's it. Just remove them. No need for them, all they've done is break the game even more. Nobody asked for them.
We need old runes and masteries, the current runes are busted.
Another inspiration rune would be perfectly fine, but a resolve keystone would not be appreciated. Guardian is limited to only supports and barely taken. Aftershock is superior after all.
Don't force unnecessary changes and additions for the sake of change. Should realize that by looking at Riots patch history in the last years. Stormrazors addition for example.
If Sorcery can get a proper [Damage over Time] Rune (like Deathfire Touch) then that's all I personally want.
I’d rather have those 2 keystones removed since they both greatly ruined balance. Especially Conqueror
How about the old Spellbook, the one that actually felt good to use and you didn't have to wrestle with it on top of having a weaker early game.
