Tragedy of the Hooded Man.

With 5.23 patch active, many are looking into new and exciting champs being released, and maybe brushing the dust off Nocturne and Mundo. But not me, Im looking backwards, to the days of old. The roguish hooded man, with blades fit for an assassin. I feel instant remorse for seeing his icon.
the look of dissapointment in his face, mimics that of my own. I relate to his solitude. Tis a dark day to be a talon main, With no lane opponent fitting you, no patch notes to cast the safety rope, no mentions from the red text gods. Maybe someday, RiotSenpai Will Notice me....
Meanwhile who the hell is
and why does he still exist?
