Anyone else having better luck with Syndra?

I picked up Syndra the day she was released. Loved her concept, her color theme. Everything about her. Played her and mained her, and felt great in every match as her. Always had a blast, win or lose. But after the new season started, and her nerfs on top of DFG's removal... I just don't feel so hot with her anymore. I lose most match ups now, and my win rate with her sits at 38% compared to last season's 66% and nearly 50% season 3.

I can't tell if it's just me, or if it's Syndra. :| I'm sure it might be me, but I just feel so much weaker with her early game. Completely. Half the time, I swear I'll stun someone but it doesn't stun them. Maybe because I'm so accustomed to her hold stun hit box, I don't know. Anyone else care to share their thoughts and experiences with Syndra post-nerf?

I haven't played many games with Syndra yet, but just based on feel I think the stun is improved a lot from the original nerf. The overall numbers back it up; her win rate after the original nerf was around the 40% line, and now it's up close to 47% I think?

She's still a bit underpowered though, imo. If you're thinking purely competitively, I think she's in a spot where you can pick her without feeling like a bad person (unlike, say, Kassadin), but there's not really a compelling reason to pick her over better options (unless you're godlike with the stun). She could use a small buff imo.

I dunno, I played her a ton when I first bought her, LOVED HER. And now when I played her last week, LOVED HER again, my ulti practically one-shot anyone(Considering I was 19/7 and carrying the entire game lol). However, the problem I feel she has is that she falls TOO behind, a problem with most mages. Get fed=tons of damage. Feed=literally as much damage as support. So whenever I did badly as her, I had such a terrible time.

Oh and for the nerfs that went through recently, she's fine to me, but her E can glitch out if it hits someone at the end of the ball's range.

I suppose my biggest issue with her are her mana costs compared to the mana regen nerfs when the season started. I can't just control my lane as well anymore. It's either harass, or push, instead of mixing it up. :|
