Wukong getting a new skin ok, now give him a rework.

The skin doesn't even look that great, and he has yet another recall where he doesn't do anything but jump around and wait for the end of the recall. He needs a full VGU riot. His skins can be so badass and his gameplay can be amazing if you just give him your time. He has a 1% pick rate for like 3 years. He's too linear, only build you left him to be remotely viable is lethality build and his gameplay is "either I delete enemy adc and I die or I don't delete enemy adc and I die." That's it. He's only somewhat viable in low elo, because nobody knows he gets counterpicked by literally any tank/bruiser and in the jungle he can get invaded and he's done for. He also gets 1v1ed by a red buff. C'mon riot, he needs changes badly. 4 years of no changes for the king. Allorim, the best wukong world that was challenger in NA by wukong only, didn't play him for years. Even he said, why play wukong when you can play camille and do everything he does but better.
