Zhonyas was designed for APCs

Steraks was not designed for ADCs

So apc can just zhonya but adc needs teammates to peel, that makes sense and its totally fair.

You're an idiot. It is broken for ADCs to have burst immunity because Lifesteal is amazing against sustained damage once you have enough of it. Mages get burst immunity because they don't have any way to mitigate sustained damage.
