Nerf Jayce's base stats

He's part assasin with the amount of burst he has in melee form.

He has those when he switches to melee form. While in ranged his base defensive stats (armor/mr) are par with other melees

Only his hp is bigger than average. He has no mr per lvl and his armor is not that high unless you are in Hammer Mode. For me the problem is that

1. He gained unecessary buffs.
2. He can burst you in 0.2 sec with only his Hammer and AS buff from cannon.
3. He snowballs really easly.

Even though I would nerf him, I think that there are more op champions in these game and champions with simillar problems ( like riven).
