because what i remember is ghost+flash being used on ashe around 2010, and then now in 2016 every mages taking ghost and flash becoming cancer and dominating

i never saw olaf taking ghost and flash, i never saw nasus with ghost and flash i did see mages with flash ignite everytime, until 2016

Ghost was buffed and people would take cd boots with distortion for more means of using it and movement speed

The Summoner Spell system has been fundamentally busted for a very long time.

We can fix this problem by breaking it harder (make everything as game-changing as Flash) or by reigning the powerful options in (splitting Flash and Exhaust into two Spells each, ect). If we could get a unified voice on the issue, maybe Riot will tackle the problem along with Runes in the mid-season?

How about people only get one summoner spell and the second is brought back on active on tier 3 boots? (no flash boots though)
