Pulsefire Ezreal
So, Ez was the first champ to get an ultimate skin. It's old. Okay, just hear me out.
What's the difference between a Legendary skin and an Epic skin? New quotes to say.
Now, the difference between a Legendary skin and an Ultimate skin is that an ultimate skin has a whoooole shit-ton of new quotes.
Every time he activates one of his stances, all of his quotes change to match it.
You may only be able to change her 'persona' by pressing a little button on the side, but holy shit does she have a lot of quotes for each persona she uses.
She may not have any lines at all, but at least Riot compensated by giving her three different "tunes for the hip boys to boogie to" based on which ability she used last, and let everyone on her team tune in to some chill, groovy beats provided by her skin.
Now what does Ez have? They gave him new quotes, sure. That makes him a Legendary, sure. But how many new quotes does he have? Well, not many at all.
The only thing they can base his Ultimate status on is his four-stage evolution, based on upgrading his ult. I like that idea a whole lot, but what changes? He only gets slightly thicker, and his AI says something about his ult ONCE.
So I'm gonna sum up what I'm trying to say in a tl;dr.
TL;DR: Give Ez more dorky, non-Ultimate quotes at the beginning, but every time he upgrades his ult, give him more heroic lines, and make him sound like some sort of super hero at 16. THAT would be really, really cool. Maybe make his voice deeper and manlier, too.
I mean, come on, Riot. Paying that guy five bucks to say some more lines should take NONE of your time.
Sincerely, A Loyal Fan that Just Bought Pulsefire Ezreal (chest tbh but still)
