honestly, I am okay with everything with new akali except her shroud

I play Ryze and I literally cannot click on her every time she goes in and out of her shroud. She disappears way too quickly for me to retaliate or for the tower to target her. I'm not saying that Akali is super overwhelming, she requires a lot of knowledge and mechanical prowess, but it is extremely frustrating to not be able to 1) target her 2) cast abilities on her. I am under tower and I can't even do anything to her, it is extremely unfun. The second they decide to buff her, which I am sure they will, people will realize how unreal her shroud is. I think the main argument is "just run away from her shroud". She gains movement speed and her Q slows so running away without me being able to use phase rush or Q passive via minions is out of the question. Sure, the slow isn't that much but it is enough for her to combo you.

Ryze in is very click reliant, even by mage standards, so she's probably just a counter to him in that regard.

oh, okay. so I shouldn't use my main EWQ combo but to use enemy minions that have 50% E spear damage and Q damage? Don't kid yourself. Ryze doesn't really have AoE anymore.

You know how Ryze's core skill is W? People hated it so much that it got severely nerfed then Ryze was reworked and now he's up for another rework. People like everything about Ryze except his W.

Her shroud is very frustrating... I haven't quite figured out what you're meant to do if you only have targeted abilities. It just really fucks you over so hard.

i was playing ezreal into her, a match up i always won as ap ezreal vs akali atleast untill 6 and gunblade, but with her new shroud she just throws that shit under my tower an sits there hitting me when im trying to last hit under tower, throwing Qs and when she finally lands a E pretty much all in you. this is before items or even lvl 6, i hated old akali alot but this new one is beyond stupid. she carried 1 vs 5 yesterday as our team comp didnt have a ton of CC to lock her down and me an the ADC couldnt target her down cause she just 1 shot someone then went into the shround. she was even tower diving soraka + lucian who was pretty well off under their own tower bot lane all because of shroud and zhonya. when will riot learn untargetability is fucking infuriating to face, and now we have one that not even towers can see. it be fine if it lasted maybe 1-2 seconds but that shit is down for very long time an even expands the area it covers.
