He's exaggerating the CD and complaining that it doesn't cost mana in cougar form.

Do you mean that the tooltip incorrectly doesn't show the cooldown?

(It never had and was never intended to have a mana cost.)

Or are you complaining that it doesn't have a mana cost and you feel the cooldown is too low?

I think he's complaining that she can continue to use it when chasing a hunted target.

that still makes no since... nidalee pounce becomes empowered towards a hunted target.. she can still only use it once.. landing an empowered pounce on that target will reset the pounce cooldown so u can use it one more time. nid has worked this way for a almost 2 years..

I think he's just being petty and salty over a champion's mechanics. Don't want her to jump on you? Don't get hit by spears.
