Ashe cannot crit on Master Yi.

Wasn't one of the reasons you changed Sej's passive because she couldn't use permafrost on anybody that was slow immune or had a slow remover? True, Ashe can apply her slow more often, but she's still SOL if she's trying to fight a Yi with Highlander on or anyone with a bunch of slow removing stuff. Is this an intentional weakness, something you look to fix, or something you don't really care about?

implying that ashe should still crit champions immune to slow affects when her entire kit is based around the fact of criting slowed enemies. kek

I guess it's just intended as a form of hard-counter.

Another way of looking at it is that Master Yi is now a bit more viable because he has an advantage in assassinating one of the good ADCs now.

I don't really think it's healthy to have many hard-counters because I don't think the pick/ban phase should determine the game. I think it should mostly come down to how skillfully you play your champion.
But keep in mind that the immunity to her crits only applies during his ultimate. So it's not that Ashe can't beat Master Yi at all...it's just that during the few seconds his ultimate is active, he (mostly) counters her.

That doesn't sound that game-breaking to me.

The debuff for critting is separate from the slow.

Q+auto = usually dead ashe, crits won't save you

False. Debuffs are applied, just not the slow. He still has Frost on him after Ashe auto's him, and, for example, if Ashe autoed him, then the duration ran out, he would be slowed.
