I feel he's weak but maybe I haven't played him enough yet. How do you feel about the Virtuoso?

tommyagun1 votesHe has a lot of range (talking about his w) and good cc in his kit for an adc. Also every 4th shot crit is really strong in the langing phase because if you leash for the jg then just walk up to the other adc and fire your 4th shot for some strong harass.
