No one communicates in Silver

I go ADC, and this full tank jungler just runs away from every fight so we can't do anything I tell the jungler to get a Knight's Vow so I can heal him, and he ignores me completely, and then we lose because that tank did nothing

I go jungle next game, and our Jhin refused to get a last whisper no matter how much I begged He used an auto on a 4000 health tank Darius and only dealth 200 damage I type "SEE???!??!?" and he still ignores me We won because I was Galio and Galio's OP

But no one fucking talks to each other in silver, at all
