Even if you destroy him in lane, he just goes somewhere and farm 200-300 minions and comes back and hyper carry. He doesn't need any more MR.

AFK Push1 votesDepends how strong his teammates are, because they could keep the game afloat long enough so he could get there. Otherwise, yes you gangbang him when he tries to freeze and farm sidelanes to do this.
