A very small buff, to revert a very small nerf

Right now nidalee has the lowest win rate in the game (taking into account every elo) at lower elos is it as low as 41% on some sites at max elo it only reaches 47% and that is on the generous sites. some only say she reason 44%

now there are tons of ways to fix this, and tons of reason why she is so low.. but riot is trying to be VERY careful with nidalee buffs right now. IMO a bit too careful. but i agree we should start small

but right now i feel the most important thing to do is REVERT the 6.21 change to her cougar form skills. change them back to 5 seconds... from 6.

nidalee kitty form has had a 6 second cooldown on her abilities since her release, and while the addition of 1 second to make her skills 6 second instead of 5 barely hurt her. the removal of strength of ages did in the VERY next patch. BADLY. then the addition of plants, helped every other champ catch up to her clear speed in the jungle.

Now i don't expect this buff to do much of anything, but honestly THAT is why i am suggesting it. Taking away some needless nerf that accomplished nothing nerf wise when they were added, but now that she is bad are starting to become more noticeable. Nidalee is still getting a large amount of hate. i has certainly died down a lot. but its still there. so we are going to take baby steps

will this buff make her viable? No.. probably not. but it will be a step in the right direction. and with the Juggernaut updating coming. (aka the class that nidalee stands no change in hell of ever killing), us nidalee main would appreciate to at least a small buff to help us be viable against the champs we are SUPPOSED to counter.
