Graves win % falling slightly, ban rate climbing, counterplay found... ban him.

When Swain and Brand hit like 54% win rate they nerfed them immediately.

When MF hit 55% they "love tapped" her down a bit.

Graves at 55% win rate, Rito says he "may need to be checked."

Hes riding at about a 75% ban rate...

I know some people never think anything is overpowered, but hes like the highest win % ADC... and Top. He can even function as a jungler. Pretty safe to say he has a lot of power, and that it may perhaps be over the average power a champion is expected to have, aka, hes overpowered.

Just wondering when hes going to get nerfed, or is the Xin buffs so we have to use up another ban on a broken champ so we have fewer bans for Graves so his 75% ban rate can fall and we can see him in play more. Is this Riots plan, to buff strong champs to broken so we are forced to ban them instead of the current popular bans?

Balance has been pretty questionable for season 6 over all in my opinion, and it seem that the people who try to balance the game are just content to let some champs ride high and others be in the dumpster. It seems more than anything now that flavor of the month champs are being created on purpose cause if the end of season 5 and "Vayne in every game" taught us anything is that masses of people try to dickride the OP champ, and Im certain that has people spending RP to buy those champs to get the "freelo." I mean Graves still being on sale when the last patch came probably had nothing to do with him not getting any nerfs when other champs displaying the same win% do had nothing to do with it, right?

Opinions, thoughts?

Graves is a burst ADC champion who doesn't do as well in the late game as other ADC due to his lack of consistent damage output when compared to others. Part of his win rate isn't even from his strength but the simple fact that you've got games ending a lot sooner. It's hard to balance that kind of stuff when so much is dependent upon things outside of just the particular's champions skills.

Also he did get nerfed not too long ago.

Of course Graves is powerful. However, you really do need to wait to see how a new or significantly reworked champion does - their performance changes massively in the first few weeks.

Also, he has nerfs on the PBE: End of the Line (Q) Second hit base damage lowered to 80/125/170/215/260 from 85/145/205/265/325 Detonation time after hitting terrain increased to .25 seconds.

Which should make a difference.
