So, I noticed something while reading item 3143's passive effect..

The atk spd debuff lasts 1 second. Jhin 's attack speed can't be increased from items and is sub 1 per second usually or at least for a very large part of the game...

So am I completely off the track if I say Jhin is immune to item 3143?

He is still affected by the crit reduction, which really messes him up.
