Swain is still going to be able to ulti for a year

He can't currently ult for a year. He has to stop to let the increasing cost go down, and start over. Now with this change, if you flash over a wall he's done. He can't wait to reposition with his ult on, because he'll go oom, and he can't turn it off in the meanwhile.

Good luck using your skills if you ult for too long

Or just revert the change when his healing stopped being diminished by enemies MR, and buff him in less absurd way?

Rioter who did that knew it had big chances of going really bad, it went really bad, why are they sticking to it?

Swain was always able to ult for quite long time, it was never a problem because he was actually killable, because he only healed for much if he reached the backline, what was very hard and for what he deserved great reward. IDK why would you take perfectly fine ability and to such crazy stuff with it.
