Can Yasuo actually be punished for using Wind Wall late?

There's no reason the wall should start on top of him and move forward. It should start in front of him and stay put so he actually has to react quickly. Any idiot thay has even 200 ping can block shit by just throwing the wall right as something is on top of them already.

If you worded this post a little nicer, it could have been a constructive one.

Crass as it is, he has a point. It's frustrating that the Yasuo can frantically spam W and throw the windwall in any direction, negating well timed skillshots.

Sivir has her spell shield and no one complains about that.

Dumb argument. Sivirs spellshield blocks 1 skillshot. Yasuos windwall has a time cap, not a projectile cap

and then maybe we would actually want to give you good feedback.

The only problem with that is that you would no longer be able to block projectiles at point blank range, which is a very large part of Yasuo's skillcap. I know most of you would like it if he couldn't do that but his ability to do is a large part of the reason he's viable against ranged champs with disengage abilities. If Yasuo is able to predict your CC move and windwall it when he's right on top of you, he deserves to block it.

As a Yasuo main with 110k+ mastery points, you can in fact be punished VERY hard for using the Wind Wall late. In fact, you can get punished for using it at all.

A lot of times, people get intimidated by it (I have no idea why, it's absolutely ridiculous) and back away when you Wind Wall. However, sometimes, people use it against you. A Yasuo v Yasuo is a good example. I'll explain.

When in a 1v1 Yasuo scenario, your Wind Wall usage is crucial to your dominance. If you use it incorrectly at all, you get punished so severely that you can die extremely quickly (because come on, it's Yasuo). Essentially, you want to play extremely aggressive where you can, and play safe when you're not being aggressive. E>Qing past the enemy Yasuo's W while your Gathering Storm (3rd Q stack) is up and ulting is good to punish the opponent, and missing your W when the Yasuo throws his Gathering Storm basically ends up in you dying 60% of the time.
