Only reason for that is because DD is broken.

Nerf DD and riven will go back to 49% win rate.

the good thing is that the only nerf he's getting is 6 sec tornado holding insteaed of 10, that should drop his win rate to 50%

as for riven since the balance team is slow she will get nerfs in two patches i think especially since meddler went into taking a break i would suggest to remove her ult steroid once she uses wind slash

Death's dance is OP and needs a nerf before Bork
Fiora needs her mana costs to go up or her AS slow on riposte needs to be removed
Riven needs her ult steroid to vanish after she casts wind slash like you said

Yeah the winrate spiked after DD buffs, most people rush it because it's so good.

Edit: I don't want her to get Sejuani'd and then have the item get nerfed afterwards because op op, for her to be left nerfed.

Daily reminder stating winrates without stating any other relevant factors is completely fucking useless and is just a shitpost.

First of all, Death Dance buff is what broke her. She was balanced perfectly fine prior. Her animation cancel changes did nothing to buff her. They were for allowing people without insanely low ping to be able to play her because before said changes, the server itself just wouldn't let the commands through.

Second of all, you're ignoring experience.

Third of all, you're ignoring the fact she has next to no banrate. If it's Diamond, there's a pretty good fucking reason to not ban her if she's that broken and has a high playrate, genius.
