Hes like 100% safe Tresh, and deals more damage than adc in lane phase. Makes sense right ?

Thresh is able to enhance the mobility of his ADC, giving them a powerful all-ins or an escape from a bad situation, plus a shield. Pyke doesn't give his ADC any kind of buff or utility.

ADCs are SUPPOSED to be weak in the laning phase. They're not exactly a benchmark for strength. Pyke's rotation does a lot of damage, but his cooldowns are hella long early on. He can't do that rotation very often, and missing it is very punishing.

Everything Pyke can do to you is a telegraphed skillshot. You get the opportunity to juke and dodge something with a warning before it comes. Getting hit is on you.

No, if you dodge everything, he is no longer a threat and you can attack his ADC with impunity for a long window.

You don't fight Pyke in the laning phase, he's got infinite sustain and tons of mobility. You bully the person he's supporting so they can't commit to the plays Pyke is trying to set up for them. Neither of them get fed.
