Just because we aren't in the top 2% of the entire playerbase doesn't mean that we ENJOY being matched up with premades if we are playing alone.

theres a wide enough sample of low elo players that you dont get matched up with premades

I quit LoL because of DQ and the awful matchmaking it brings with it.

I was in my series for plat (for the 3rd time). My solo team vs their 3-man premade. Their plat 2 Akali laned against our gold 3 Yasuo. She ate him for breakfast and threw him up on us. I haven't played a game since. And I won't until they bring back SQ for EVERYBODY! Not just the top 2%.

Are you on drugs? That has everything to do with dynamic queue.

My team of solo players got matched against a 3-man premade. Dynamice Queue!

Our gold 3 Yasuo had to lane against a plat 2 Akali. Dynamic Queue!

I feel you when i have to carry gold 4 adc in plat 2/3 game just because he premade with some plats.

Thats normal match making though. I am Silver 2, I get queued up with high golds who SOLO.

Match making is really bad, 3 man premade is not even bad to play against anyways.

Also, when I normal Queue, I get placed with Diamond/Plat players on a reg basis. I don't normally have a problem going against them, neither should you.

are you saying match making was perfect before dynamic queue? because I'm pretty sure there were people back then complaining about being gold and getting matched with plats.

you quit LoL because you were losing games and were looking for an excuse besides your own weak play so you found dynamic queue to be the perfect scapegoat. if you were decent at the game you'd be able to stomp a 3-man premade.

Matchmaking was a lot tighter before DQ. Like ±2. Now, it's ±10!

Hate to say it, but it's not about the lonely minority who don't like to play with friends, it's about the majority who do.

The reason they are giving it to Diamond and up is because that's the point when it actually starts to hurt, with longer que times and unbalanced teams. Also, Diamonds are more concerned about how competitive the game and fair than say a Bronze or Silver player.

Giving "Solo Que" to lower elos is both an objective mistake for the majority of the playerbase which means an objectively bad business practice.

Well, most of my friends have already quit because of DQ. I kept playing hoping Riot would bring back SQ by season 7. Then I read the news that they only plan to bring SQ back for the top 2%. That and losing my series to plat for the 3rd time because of DQ was the final straw. Enough is enough.
