fiora won't ever be fixed because 80% of the player base that doesn't have to face her in lane think that she's fine. the rest you just gotta be better at lol, counters aren't hard anymore just lvl or item gated.
They need to give some map power back to top because right it just a pathetic island that sometimes get a gank or do something but really mid got all the power and can easily dictate how the game can be played out.
Bruiser items need some price reduction or up the cost on ap items.
We need more mr items and buff because mr is a joke and ap items can easily rip tanks a new one with little effort these days.
Fiora need to lose a good chunk of her hand holding mechanics as her kit defeat any weakness she have when ypu take a good look at it(this applies to alot of the recent champions these days)
And cheeses and range picks need to be nerfed in toplane.
I was thinking what if they made top lane and bot lane have an extra tower? This way both lanes wouldn't be so easy to camp. Thats my suggestion I dont see why they it would be bad.

these champions can fight among each other but the rest of the roster top lane roster is just a shit stomp. the second group have a bit more lee way to be stopped and can be put behind with jungle ganks most of the time the prior group even if they get behind they ususally just out stat you then come back. The first group are toxic kit and need to lose mechanics the second group are badly balanced and needs re-balancing of numbers.
just melee champions there are still ranged champions like the obvious jayce kennen any regular mid mage Gnar Most of the adc roster.
Well you don't lose lane in champ select if you actually know how to play your champ correctly and ban accordingly. You're not useless if you run tp or know that you can roam after you take tower or litearaly whenever you want to. And fiora has lots of counterplay.
