Kha'zix is the coolest and healthiest assassin.

Most of the other assassins just stat check their targets unsituationally and have poor or nonexistent fallback patterns if they can't stat check somebody.

Zed's equally healthy.

Kha'zix punishes people for being alone and where they shouldn't be. Zed has a large threat range but his damage drops dramatically the further he has to engage from, and he also has back-loaded burst which gives plenty of warning and the ability to use items / summoners / abilities to mitigate or ignore its effects.
