Not broken, cuz if they were, they would have game breaking bugs like Melee’s wave dashing and shine. They are clearly just really powerful.

I don't think broken can quite explain those two features of Melee.....I'd say abhorrent mistakes are a better description. I wouldn't say that either of those two features are at all comparable to League's balance. Although...Akali's "obscure" is certainly up there.

I guess I was being a little literal. I usually associate broken as “game-breaking things that make them super powerful”. I can see why you think Akali’s shroud is close to broken, but if they were deliberate, then it isn’t broken, but more dumb.

Oh, and Irelia is powerful, but not broken (game-breaking that is).
