I think soraka should be in mid and put a taric in top. Full AP soraka heals are absurd and she can heal herself a ton by hitting a Q which just lets her heal more.

Remember guys the cost of her heal is %HP NOT flat HP. Your warmogs and tank stacking don't help you. Your heals are weaker and cost more (kinda). And don't tell me that warmogs regen lets you heal more, just build ap and heal half your own health when you hit a Q.

Surrender at 20. Now affects all healing effects, not just self heals. And indirect buff to summoner 7, Sona and Soraka.
