I am not High Elo or anything barely Gold 2, But I got out playing champs I was good at , so I would recommend you play Jinx,Ekko and Nami depending on your role since you have a good win rate and a lot of games on them. I used to switch my roles and champs a lot earlier and I later realized that wasn't helping me climb.
I am assuming you enjoy playing the champs I listed since you play them a lot , but on the off-chance you don't enjoy them : find another champ out of your top 10 played or maybe even try out another one you have never played and see if you enjoy it and also 'Perform Well' with.

You've played 1k g ames and have negative wr, so what's your lp gains/loss? Looks like its all from those yasuo games lmao. You also play a whole range of roles, just stick to one and play max 3 champs in that role.
In op.gg look at the champion tab on your profile. Find a few (max 3) you like that also have positive winrates and play those ones. It’s always ok to change your pool but just know dedicating time to few champs helps build the muscle memory better.
Also if you look you have almost 30 games where you loss once with a champ. Imagine if you played a champ you were familiar with instead those could have been 30 wins. If you’re trying a champ do it in norms or flex. Also you’ve played over half the champion roster. If you look at all of them that have more losses than wins imagine how many if you just didn’t play them would have added to your winrate.
It feels like you play way too many champs and way too many roles, just stick to one.
