It's on such a high cooldown and is relatively bad for a high cooldown ability. I'd say it needs more range, 50-75 more would be enough, just so it's more useful at catching enemies that want to run away from you

W is actually vital to the combo. If you hit W and CC them with Q before they get out, they will snap back, allowing you to hit your third Q in addition to the second damage instance of W.
