Well no duh they are going to burst you like that. You fed them 3 early kills then they roamed bot and got more from the support/adc. Why would you expect to be able to 1v1 them? They aren't broken you just don't know how to play against them and you fed them.

I understand that but when you feed someone like Syndra Lux or Zyra, they aren't op but if they get to snowballing they will burst you.

If you can only name a few, or they have built in answers in the kit that nullify their counters, they are overpowered.
